These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the professional video editing services provided by ClicksEdit (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging our Services, submitting materials, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or Services.

  • ClicksEdit specializes in professional video editing and post-production services for weddings, events, and commercial projects. Our Services include editing, color grading, sound design, and custom enhancements tailored to your specifications. We strive to deliver high-quality results, incorporating client feedback through revisions where agreed upon in the project scope.

  • You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents for any footage, audio, images, music, or other materials ("Client Materials") provided to us for editing. b. You agree to supply complete, accurate, and high-quality Client Materials in a timely manner, along with clear instructions for the project. c. Any delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may extend project timelines, and additional fees may apply for expedited work.

  • You retain full ownership of all Client Materials provided to ClicksEdit. b. Upon full payment, ClicksEdit grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final edited video ("Deliverable") for your personal or commercial purposes. c. ClicksEdit retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, effects, or techniques used in the editing process. We also reserve the right to use anonymized portions of the Deliverable in our portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing. d. Project files (e.g., editable source files) are provided at our discretion and may incur additional fees.

  • Pricing is quoted on a project-by-project basis and detailed in your invoice or agreement. Prices are subject to change for future projects. b. Payment terms are as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, typically requiring full payment upon project approval prior to delivery of downloadable files. Deposits may be required for large-scale projects. c. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope or changes requested after final approval may incur extra charges, billed at our standard hourly rate.

  • ClicksEdit will treat all Client Materials and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your prior written consent, except as required by law. b. You agree not to disclose any proprietary information about our editing processes or techniques shared during the project.

  • While we endeavor to provide exceptional Services, the final Deliverable is creative in nature and subject to your approval. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, viewer responses, or suitability for any particular purpose. b. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClicksEdit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the project.

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice. b. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed to date (prorated where applicable), and any deposit may be applied accordingly. Refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details.

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of California, United States]. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].

Cancellation And Refund Policy

At Clicksedit, we are committed to delivering high-quality video editing services while maintaining transparent, fair, and balanced policies for payments, cancellations, and refunds. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, opportunities for review and revisions, and equitable terms that respect the time and resources invested in each project.

  • Clients have the opportunity to preview drafts, request revisions, and provide final approval throughout the editing process.

    Access to downloadable final video files and project source files is provided only after full payment has been received and cleared.

    Once final approval has been given and payment processed, the project is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued, as the services have been fully rendered and delivered.

  • As standard practice, no upfront deposits are required. Clients pay in full only after reviewing and approving the final project to their satisfaction.

    For exceptional cases involving large-scale or high-volume projects (e.g., multi-day events such as South Asian weddings), a 50% non-refundable deposit may be required upfront to secure the booking and allocate dedicated resources. This will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.

  • Cancellation Before Work Commences: If a project is cancelled before any editing work has begun, any deposit (if applicable) will be fully refunded.

    Cancellation After Work Has Commenced: If a client cancels a project after editing has started, charges will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. We will provide transparent documentation of progress (e.g., timelines, drafts, or access to project files) for verification.

    Example: If 50% of the work is assessed as complete, the client will be invoiced for 50% of the total agreed fee (with any deposit applied toward this amount).

    Any prepaid amounts exceeding the prorated charge will be refunded.

    Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

    We encourage open communication throughout the project. If you have any questions about these terms or your specific project, please contact us prior to approval or cancellation. This policy is designed to balance client flexibility with fair compensation for the creative and technical effort invested in each project.
